The house carries its history in the details.

Stone walls, exposed timber beams and brick arches have been retained throughout the renovation. Alongside them are contemporary furnishings, carefully chosen materials and an individual collection of art and objects. Nothing has been arranged to look like a period interior; these are rooms intended to be used and enjoyed.

02 / THE SETTING

The luxury of a quieter life.

Scrofiano is a small historic village in southern Tuscany, where old stone buildings, narrow streets and familiar faces are still part of everyday life. The house sits within the village rather than apart from it.

Life here can be wonderfully quiet without being isolated. Shops, restaurants and everyday services in Sinalunga are approximately ten minutes away by car. Montepulciano, Cortona and Pienza are also within easy reach.

On the private terrace, there is room to sit outside, read or spend an unhurried afternoon. It is a simple pleasure, and one of the loveliest parts of the house.

03 / THE POSSIBILITIES

Yours to enjoy. Cared for when you’re away.

Not every buyer plans to move to Tuscany permanently. If this will be a second home, there is the practical question of how to look after it between visits.

Local property care can be arranged while you are away. Holiday rental management may also be available under a separate agreement, subject to applicable regulations.
